Passengers can be as young as 4 years old, but anyone younger is not permitted due to the absence of carseats in the Sea Cars. The California Roaster can accommodate the following:
- Passenger seat: age 4+
- Back seats: 1 adult or 2 children (ages 8-14)

No, the cars must stay on the road at all times. It is not a dune buggy.

We cannot control the weather. The vehicles can typically drive in light rain and wind, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in severe or unsafe weather conditions. In this case, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive in-store credit for a future event.
